Each year, the Diocese seeks to raise funds which help support greater community needs. The Diocese of Monterey stretches from Los Altos in the Santa Cruz Mountains, east into Hollister, and follows the coastline and Salinas Valley into San Luis Obispo.

The Annual Ministries appeal supports various programs  in the Diocese and also here at Saint Angela Merici. Our parish goal this year is $117,500. There are three important details to note:

• The funds raised at Saint Angela Merici are bifrucated 
  • $32,500 is given to the Diocese of Monterey to support diocese wide ministries.
  • Any remaining funds are returned to Saint Angela Merici, where they are also used to support parish ministries and necessary parish renovations. One need among many, in our parish is to replace the rectory roof.
